White slaver broke out yesterday in Ado-Ekiti, as an Appeal Court, sitting in the Ekiti National capital, struck out the application brought before it by former governor Segun Oni against the required Governor Kayode Fayemi.
Oni, in his application filed on March 14, 2011 at the Fascinate Court in Ado Ekiti by his lawyer, Prof. Ben Nwabueze (SAN), had sought the reassess of Appeal Court judgment that ousted him and brought in Fayemi in 2010.

Delivering his ruling on the casing yesterday at about 3.25 pm, Justice Abdullahi said the only issue for steadfastness was whether the court could set aside the judgment and order fresh trial or whether it had sphere of influence to entertain the case.
