 I want to buy IC chips that are in remote controlled cars. It is a transceiver IC and I need. I saw marks on those I have attracted outside saying RX2 and TX2.

 49 MHz is no longer valid for a frequency control ultramontane United States.

United States and Canada reserved frequencies

72 MHz: only aircraft (France also uses US / Canada Channels 21-35).
75 MHz: FA vehicles.
