I can't remember the name of a sound effect toy that was made in the 80-90's that helped w/ road rage.........

 It was a box-teensy weensy black (battery operated - 2 AA) you could mount on your dashboard (like a radar detector CBSA). He had a power eyelashes and 4 buttons (gray form a set, square, triangle, etc.), each for a different sound object.

 I think back to something like that. I think it was called The Avenger.

Ive been looking everywhere for this toy! Can somebody help me find it?

 I think of what the manufacturer's name is but the name of the toy is called Road Rage and its a little battery operated toy that is an nauseating toy that will drive people bonkers, there is a race car driver function figure and a stick shift that makes car engine noises when
