I have a 1996 Polaris Magnum 425 6x6 that I bought last year. I rebuilt the fuel pump, replaced Petcoke tank, clean fuel and replaced. I removed the carburetor and cleaned several times all I can dream ... but I'm still a puzzle. I have a 08 6x6 500 sportsman with 3,000 miles on it. Ive already replaced the cylinder and plunger due to a banjo gasket leaking on a 60 mile fishing stumble this lifestyle summer! I use it as a means in the bush as a ordinary driver, and have too many gadgets on it. I have passionate grips, gauntlets, considerable windshield, kolpin stormy heart dust-jacket, gel stall pommel located in the box for those -20F and below starts. I have an arctic cat inline heater on the coolant script, but the worst obsession on a motor is distant oil on apparatus start. Having the cylinder jacket not uncomfortable, isnt warming the oil enough for my define. After 2 to 3 weeks of 2 miles a day of riding to and from occupation, the temperature of the oil doesnt get amorous enough to disperse out the mineral water, and I am constantly draining about a cup or 2 out ever 2 to 3 weeks. I have a 25watt Kats Tanis heater pad, and was belief about putting that on a 0.080 thick tune of aluminum then silicone that to the crummy...
