What type of fuel should I use for my nitro rc car?

 I have a 1/10 nitro buggie. I heard that I should run 16% nitro fuel in it. I have been continuous it on 20% nitro fuel but it seems to overheat using it. Also, could I run it at 15%? Also, what website is a well-founded site to buy that type of fuel (16%)?
