The record does not compare, however, remember the world's fastest Rubik's Cube solve (by a person or robot), directed by Feliks Zemdegs, a commentator RMIT University.

The battle is becoming a duel Terminator-esque between man and the cabal, with Ruby smashing the previous record robot that was 1 min 4 sec, and to Ireland.

Swinburne six students built the robot off, as part of their double degree Bachelor of Engineering (Robotics and Mechatronics) / Bachelor of Information (computer science and software engineering).

The team consisted of two identical computer genius Richard and David Bain, Daniel Purvis, Jarrod Boyes, Miriam Parkinson and Jonathan Goldwasser.
